Please include your Puffin app version, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include sensitive personal or health information.
Common help
Restore a purchase: Open Puffin, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchase.
Notifications: You can change Puffin’s notification permission in the iPhone Settings app under Notifications → Puffin.
Location or motion access: Puffin only asks for these permissions when they are needed for an optional movement challenge. You can change them in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security.
